Initiate Your Request

Log into your LenovoPart account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals and accessories to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it securely to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the component's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement part within 3-5 business days.
